Hijack took place 10-14-2013. OP came back once a week later, hasn't been on C-D since. Probably not going to be a new thread.

Darn, snagged. I have a rule of three for myself. I usually look back three posts and then post if there are three current responses. Maybe I should change it to a rule of 4!!! Thanks.

Default Snow removal Magnolia area

Hello again,
With the winter we've had just wondering: anyone living in Champions Club - how long does it take for the snow removal in the community? Also for the Magnolia vicinity, how long before the state comes to plow the roads? We're seniors who may be moving to Delaware and wouldn't want to be snow bound for too long after a storm. BTW, how much snow fall approximately this winter?
Thanks

I think you need to scroll back and read Little Eggplant's post, and mine that follows hers.
We had snow, off and on, and it hung around for awhile. Maybe we got 5-6 inches, maybe 7 inches, but you should know that, Delaware is an agricultural state. This is not a metropolis. Snow is now mostly gone, except for some dirty piles around big buildings and big parking lots.

They also do the roads of the entire campus since the builder still owns the area. Last winter we had professional removal twice, none so far this year. They do a good job keeping things clear. Hope that helps!

You said the roads are done since the builder still owns the area. What happens when the place is built-out? Is it turned over to the H O A at hat point and they then hire a plow contractor?
