To the person asking for a site map, they have them online for all of the Schell Brothers web site. We had looked at the Peninsula a year ago and are leaning towards Senators because we prefer the location, but if you want to be "off the beaten path" as someone mentioned, then Peninsula is a great community. You can also send in questions from the web page and they always respond to me fast.
Has anyone considered Heritage Shores? It seems lovely but we would like to be closer to the beach.
I am surprise that someone would actually mention Baywood as an option. You DO NOT own your land there. There are houses for sale in there for 150K because no one can sell them. Terrible situation to get yourself stuck in.
