I have a bunch of them. Mostly because I used to live in CA and shoped there regularly, but have picked up new ones on trips back to TJ country. It shows people just how elite and superior I am

Default DenverLawGal

Hey DenverLawGal,

I wanted to private message you but I've reached the limit for today. I've been following your posts since last night when I discovered the website city-data.com, having no idea there were any community interaction. My situation is like everyone else but I am struggling with being on my own for the first time. The post from Fran about a community event for city data bloggers seems really an exciting way to meet people. And, Fran said you are the social coordinator of all meet up events.

So drop me a line so you can help power my social life LOL.

BTW I love Trader Joes!

I also think we need wayyyyy more direct flights to Europe. Just sayin'.
A bigger Six Flags would be great for Denver. Something closer in size to Six Flags over Texas. They could expand on the parking lots and build parking garages that would also serve the Pepsi Center. Elitch's compared to most big city amusement parks is small.

Well, it's official. Iceland Air will not be adding a new non-stop flight from Denver to Reykjavik. If they're cheaper than the other airlines, I'll definately use them.

But the article says the are adding the flight. Or is "not" a typo?

I guess you would fly straight north out of Denver and probably north of Hudson Bay, maybe into the Arctic Circle and back down to Iceland. Great to have more European options.

The Post article said that they'll have deals for a flight and two nights in a hotel in Iceland for around $600. I might actually do that someday.. in Summer, of course.

Well, I'm definitely not the official social coordinator here. Some time ago I organized a few happy hours, but that was about it. Anyone on this forum is welcome to host their own get togethers. Right now I'm extremely busy with other things in my life. But thanks!
