Well, it looks like another big one is headed our way on Saturday. They are saying it is going to be the heavy wet stuff. What sucks is I have tickets to the Rapids opening game that night.

Yeah, looks like the "white rain" variety. Meaning slush that will melt in a day or two. In preparation, I'm applying fertilizer to my lawn this evening!

I checked the 10 day forcast and it looks like once we get past Sunday, next week will bring some very warm and Spring-like days

I think more of us will wish it was summer after this weekends winter blast.

I was laid out by the pool Sunday and went jogging in shorts and a t-shirt today. Expecting 8-10" of snow this weekend, and then back to the 60's next week.

I'm ready for the snow. Got the fertilizer down last evening, so I'll have green grass by April 1.

March always has a long stretch of very nice, warm weather. Next week looks just like that!

This might prove to be the largest winter storm this season.

Maybe if the ground hadn't been so warm from last week and temps had been a few degrees colder. In downtown Denver we only have a few inches on the ground, and the roads and sidewalks are mostly clear or just slushy. It was a wet snow so I wouldn't be surprised if we picked up the water equivalent of maybe 1/2-3/4" which is good. Need a couple more of these wet spring snows to really ease the drought.
