The area around Westminster that is really developing into a commercial/shopping and housing center is at 144th and Huron. You will find the Orchard Town Center, a new shopping center in this area. You will have access to I-25 to the east. Importantly, there will be a commuter rail station on 144th, in Thornton, a few miles east of I-25.
Any area, in and around this intersection will be big growth and should hold value, considering it is in the the rapidly expanding North Area.
Westminster is really a very nice place to live. It has extensive parks and trails

This area would be good because you are also near the newer growth areas of Thornton and you will have easy access to I-70 and Havana, down I-25, I-270 and many Street that go North and South such as Washington, Colorado etc. This will allow you to avoid any of the downtown area as you will be on the Far Northeast of the larger metro area.
