It's better than it going down 100%. Though going by the rendering, it does seem like there's a little something missing about it...

NEW CENTER
  • American watchmaker FOSSIL is opening a 30,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Detroit's New Center district. The company will be occupying a significant portion of the Argonaut Building where it plans to build both watches and bicycles, with plans to open another facility in Detroit within the next 3 years.

Updated Renderings for Garden Theater and Woodward Gardens - Renderings Revealed - Curbed Detroit

The whole block was renovated and the apartments are the final phase of the project. Set to be complete by next year.

New Great Lakes Coffee Shop Might Just Be Midtown's Best-Designed Business - Coming Attractions - Curbed Detroit

Also the orange brick building on the north corner is having a coffee shop open by next month.
