Infections, colds, stress, can increase your blood sugars. I can only eat rice and pasta in very small ammounts, and i would liken wontons and egg roll to pasta really.

Try Trader Joes Organic Whole Wheat pasta. I eat it all the time and it does not raise my blood suger at all. It has a great taste and it's way less expensive.

A better choice would have been lettuce wraps, no carbs, egg drop soup, or hot and sour soup, again, no carbs. Have a glass of milk when you feel low blood sugar, it will slowly raise your sugar, not spike it like juice or candy.
