Glucose Increasing, Berberine brought it Down (blood, blood sugar)

Talk about a miracle, Berberine has been it. Back in early 2021, my glucose got to 120, I didn't like that, when at my doctor for annual check in, we talked about Berberine and she said Yes, take it and that she has other patients who take it. A year on Berberine my Glucose in May 2022 is 84. I'm very happy. And my A1C went to 5.1 from a 5.7 due to lower blood sugar.


No side effects just plain happy.
