Like clockwork it seems to start around 9pm in my legs/feet mainly and lasts well into the night (1am or so) or until I pass out from exhaustion. I have Type 2 Diabetes and take both Jardiance and Metformin ER. My last A1C was slightly above 7 (before I started Jardiance) so not scary high. I sometimes get a little relief with Benadryl and was prescribed Gabapentin which didn't seem to do anything. Has anyone had similar and anything that worked?

You need to see your doctor for this to make sure it isn’t a symptom of problematic diabetic co-morbidities, such as diabetic neuropathy.

i had tingling and burning in my toes years ago … thought it was friction from running ..

turned out it had diabetic neuropathy….

they never did an a1c years ago nor would insurance pay for it if there was no reason .

they did fasting blood tests back then so i appeared high normal .

however i was soaring after i ate and no body knew

I agree with this and to check for possible allergic reactions (since you indicate Benadryl has helped).
