The link to the original post was messed up, so I have fixed the link so that it works now. Also, you can google "raw diet and diabetes" both in youtube.com and on google.com for more good information on the subject.

Unfortunately, gangrene is one of those things that you MUST go to a doctor for. Now anyone who knows me on this forum knows that I hate doctors more than I hate Hitler, but if *I* had a black toe and I had diabetes. I would go to a lousy, stinking doctor - ok???

GO TOMORROW. Never mind what it costs. Never mind that it is Sunday. Find a clinic that is open and GO IMMEDIATELY to get it taken care of. IT CAN KILL YOU. If it is Gangrene it CAN KILL YOU AND IT WILL KILL YOU. I am speaking from personal experience. Don't screw around with it.

(and while you are at it, take a look at this youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzdhBo4pbgE
and really consider how your dietary choices affect your health as it relates to diabetes.)

go tomorrow

Since this post 4 years ago, I have learned that Mallow, is an excellent herb for gangrene and can often save the affected part. I encourage anyone who might be interested to google it and do some research.

I can't believe that someone gave me a rep for a post from 4 years ago. WOW.
