I feel like crap on a cracker but I'm sure it will get better as the days go by. Just trying to stay hydrated and get down my protein.

It will get better every day. The first few were rough but you're doing exactly what you need to do. The first few days I had a bear of a time getting protein shakes and water down but it gets easier.

I'm a weird one on here--I've had TWO weight loss surgeries I had the sleeve done in August 2012 and just had duodenal switch done on Monday (4/7). I don't regret having my sleeve, but it didn't help me lose all the weight I needed and didn't help me get rid of any of my comorbidities. I'm fascinated to read any stories about weight loss surgery!
