It's an aroma therapy product you shake on your food to help reduce your hunger. I've been using it for about three weeks now and my hunger has gone down dramatically. I'm a mindless eater, especially at night when watching tv. My wife regularly told me I eat too much. Because I mindlessly eat, I didn't realize how much I ate. So far, I've lost about 5 lbs. I showed my wife how much smaller my stomach is. I then stuck out my stomach and she said that's still smaller than my stomach was before. This would not work for her. She literally eats like a bird.
I've just started trying it and so far I've noticed a signifacant decrease in my intake. It does make me feel fuller sooner that I normally would, so to that it is working. I've only just started 3 days ago, so I haven't lost any weight just yet. But It's nice to see that someone else has tried it and it's working for them! Thanks for the info!
I'd love to join a gym. Here's my hospital boiler room work schedule: Tuesday 11pm-7am for seven days straight, two days off, Thursday 3pm-11pm seven days straight, two days off, Saturday 7am-3pm six days straight, four days off, start rotation all over again and all the while caring for my wife with spinal problems and her 85 year old father who lives with us.
Sounds like you should try and steal away some time to do some exercises. For no other reason than to give yourself some 'me' time and it will ease your stress. I think it would do you a world of good. You could get some bands and a jump rope and take them to work with you. Try to think outside the box as far as fitting in some type of movement. You could get a yoga mat and learn some poses and do them during a break at work.
Ha ha!! We know a guy who is doing this. It's pretty funny, because supposedly he's doing this to get healthier and lose weight. So he sprinkles it on his food... which is stuff like fried chicken, chinese food, bbq ribs, hamburgers (the greasy beef kind). lol
It's like "diet" soda... if you are trying to be healthy and lose weight... drink water. lol
People with money to burn are so easily deluded into buying crap. And that's what this Sensa stuff is - a delusion.
Didn't want to start a new thread but is anyone out there currently using Sensa and actually succeeding with it? I know it sounds crazy but what's her name the millionaire matchmaker lost about 30 lbs using it so I'm wondering is she FOS or does the stuff work??
