I am looking for a energy drink that works just a little. I tried Red Bull, Rock Star and 5 Energy/Berry. I didn't feel any energy after drinking them. Any recommendations other than coffee.

B12 is a wonderful supplement to take daily. I swear by it. Other than that, maybe those HydroxyCut powders you mix in with water? That stuff is intense!

Has anyone tried Sensa and if so, does it work.

Just say no.. I quit caffeine a while ago and you really feel a lot better once everything clears up. It's like you're in a haze or something that you don't realize until you completely quit it. Now it's some sugar free hot chocolate with powdered milk every morning for me

All those energy drinks are bad for you. Besides, any company that makes an energy drink that "works just a little" will be out of business in no time at all.

Sensa is the worst of the worst. Are you looking for something to give you a bit of energy pre-workout? Or, are you looking for a late afternoon pick-me-up? There are better alternatives out there, just need to know what you are looking for.

Red Bull - NO
5 Hour Energy - NO
Sensa - He** NO!!

Eat better, move more, get appropriate sleep at the appropriate time. If none of that is giving you the energy you need to get through the day, then go to the doctor because there is something medically wrong.

I'll take a 5 Hr engery drink when I work a really long shift. Like today I have to work 15 hrs. It doesn't give me that bounce off the wall feeling though. Everyone is different I guess and has mixed feelings about engery drinks.
