i don't mean to burst your bubble, but 5 lbs in 2 days means you lost a lot of water, glycogen and muscle; not just fat. a few weeks ago i supposedly lost 6 pounds in one day. i was up 5 lbs the next and it's taken me two weeks to get back to where i had weighed
I'm on a... "omg is THAT how I look to everyone else? BURN THAT PICTURE and you-can't-force-me-to-eat-ever-ever-again" diet.. lots of liquids.. and taking this body-detoxifying treatment that I just started yesterday. WE SHALL SEE IF IT WORKS.
There's no such thing as a bad weightloss. But don't count on keeping this one. A large part of it is most likely water. Remember the sauna thread?
Here's the physics of weight loss. 1 lb of fat is roughly equivalent to 35K calories. To lose 1 lb of fat, you have to cut that number of calories from your diet or expend that much more energy through exercise/activity. 5lbs weight loss or gain in a 2 day period is usually not for real.
Just don't want you to get discouraged! Try not to weigh more than once a week too. Good luck!
