Hey, I'm losing weight, it's melting off, have had absolutely no appetite for past four days so it's easy to follow... you, too, can do the same...just get the stomach flu (virus)? Drink some Pedilyte, though...hydration is a good idea...

One thing it has in common with just about every other conventional weight loss method: You'll put the weight back on.

Yep, this is likely true. Trust me, I'm not buying any new clothes, just tightening my belt a bit...

I had a stomach virus once and dropped 7 bls in a week, slowly but surely 2 weeks later the weight came back on. This was in 2009.

Ha, try mono instead. Lost 15 lbs I couldn't afford to lose in a couple weeks and have never gotten all of it back five years later.

Kidding, of course. It was a miserable illness that knocked my energy down to zero for months.

Yes, I hear you. Illness is no way to lose weight. Though once, when I had a thyroid infection, the weight disappeared though I was eating normally and I felt pretty good, very high energy--until the tremors set in...then, the party was over.
