Try taking sparkling water and making your own spritzers. Trader Joe's has a 100% Cranberry and if you must sweeten try raw honey (best put in a few TBSP of boiling water), pure maple syrup, or raw sugar to taste. Fresh squeezed limes, lemons, oranges, etc. Or ice tea (again with mixtures as needed.) you'll add way less sweeteners than the processed stuff, and aspartame and Nutrasweet are worse for your blood sugar and weight than drinks made with sugar.
