Congrats. I feel a bit frustrated, I have lost 20 pounds, since Thanksgiving, no one has noticed. But I fit into clothes better. Slow is steady I suppose. It is not how I lost weight when I was younger though.
Good job. One day at a time.
I am just starting "again" on Jenny Craig...always just 20 pounds.....nobody I work with ever notices anything...they are well, idiots......so, my advice, do not get sad and frustrated..........just think you are much healthier and I bet you look great...........do it for yourself...screw everyone else.....

1. If you're doing it *again* that means it hasn't worked for you before. Why do you think it'd work this time? Has something changed?
2. If you're doing it *again* that means you've done it before. Perhaps the people at work have little faith in your ability to maintain a successful weight loss for any length of time, and don't want to keep going up and down the "congratulations!" "oh so sorry to hear that" rollercoaster with you. Perhaps they DO notice, but don't want to deal with the drama.
3. Perhaps they're not idiots at all. Perhaps they think the same about you. Afterall, they're not the ones who keep trying the same diet and not finding success with it.
