I'll say good job.
FWIW.
But the fat will come back unless the psychological aspect of hunger and food intake are not addressed.

Good job for trying to stay at the lower end of your set point

Just do not fight your body with dieting and over exercise. Eat to satisfaction, play for fun- tennis etc. and when you feel like it. Only when your body says it wants movement. Do not over do it. Let the rest handle it. Let the rest happen . It is all you can do currently.

Good job Do some weioght s too but be sure it is "fat" , not just "weight loss." Forget the scale. Do DEXA scans for body composition.

What you want is body recomposition, not weight loss per se.

NOPE Weight regain is BIOLOGICAL . PHYSIOlogical. This is very well studied by Dr Rosenbaum and has been replicated by many others . The body has its own agenda. Over 40 years ago Dr Douglas Coleman realzied this.

Oh my, such rubbish. I have kept my weight loss off - completely off for over 2 years. When you change the way you eat rather than just diet for a while, you keep off the weight. I have many friends who have done this - lifestyle change not just a temporary diet. Just because some doctor no one ever heard of, 40 years ago, came up with a "theory" does not mean that it is true or certainly not true for all.

To come on this forum where people are struggling to lose weight and post such incredibly insensitive "junk" is pretty outrageous. But it does tell me a lot about you and the kind of person you are.

What a great job, losing twenty pounds. Do not lose hope and even though some might say you will gain it back, hold your head up high and ignore those who perhaps always see things negatively.....their glass seems to always be half empty. A positive atmosphere will always get results! Keep up the good work. Just think of those new clothes you can buy to show off your weight loss!
