For shame.
I know, weird

I tried Phentermine and usually was not even hungry enough to eat 3 healthy meals a day

weight loss was phenomenal (5-10 pounds/week) continuously for months

gained half of it back when i got off the Phentermine

I tried Fiber-Trim in the 80s. It blew up in my stomach like thick rope and I overate anyway. Yes, on top of the thick rope floating in the 8 oz. of water required with the capsules so they wouldn't remain low in my windpipe, blow up there and choke me to death.

I have found that when I am eating the correct amount - NOT overeating - my stomach can't handle binges any more. I just can't fit them in. Eating the correct amount v. what we've been culturally trained is correct (like for instance, a gigantic, 5-6 portion-size "dinner" of pasta) does retrain your stomach and your mind. That's not a clinically-backed observation, LOL, just a life's experience one.

Try it. Find a new normal in what full is. Full isn't bursting and it isn't air pumped into your stomach. Full doesn't hurt and it doesn't make the snap of your jeans pop open. Retrain yourself to understand you don't have to over-fill to "be full."

Hoodia and ephedrine together helps you feel full, orlistat helps you not absorb the calories in the food you eat.
