awhile ago i was on some amazing pills called oxy elite pro they worked so well and allowed me to drop weight FAST i dont believe they use the same formula they once did by any chance any one have an idea on what good pills i could buy at gnc that will definitely help control appetite and drop weight
The short answer is NO!!!!! There arent any appetite supressant pills. Oh sure there are some companies who may say and market their so called "appetite supressant pills" for profit, but in reality they do not work.
Best thing to do as I mentioned in the other thread on this topic is to just use your brain instead of eating from emotions.
If you're looking to drop weight "fast" and temporarily, go for it. If you are planning to take a pill for the rest of your life, go for it.
Otherwise, accept the hard, cold fact that there is one true way to lose weight:
Eat right/less, move more. And it will take some discipline. Is there a pill for discipline? Nope. Wish there was.
There is NO magic pill, and like someone alluded to in the other thread, if there is, it's probably dangerous!!!

Or even a more logical conclusion is that if such a pill existed none would be fat.

From Web MD:
When used in high doses, this medication may cause serious side effects, including heart attack, seizure, and stroke. Do not take more than the recommended dose, and do not use this product for longer than 7 days in a row unless directed by your doctor.
Side effects include abdominal cramping, passing gas, leaking oily stool, having more bowel movements, and not being able to control bowel movements. (in other words, good luck going out in public, cuz you'll be farting and sharting).

Standard dose of ephedrine is 20-25mg with 200mg of caffeine. That's perfectly safe. Also, the line about not taking it more than 7 days is wrong. There is some evidence that the thermogenic effects increase with consistent use.
Drink plenty of water. It helps supress your appetite. Most of the time you think your hungry when in fact you body wants water
