Everyone once and a while super bocessed Betty Crocker yellow cake and chocolate frosting sound awesome. I try to avoid that since it is full of fake ingredients and trans fat. It is is a 2-3 time a year indulgence when I visit my parents. Wu still have a bunch of terrible eating habits.
Everything else in moderation. But I try to avoid trans fats in processed foods like the plague.
I'm on a low carb and only healthy carb sort of diet (I have PCOS, insulin resistance, so this is absolutely necessary). I miss pasta more than anything else.
I have eliminated many foods from my diet over the last 15 months. The only one I crave at times any more is ice cream. What helps a lot is that I have developed a strong affinity for some of the replacement foods.
I miss nothing because I do not eliminate anything. I just eat less of everything when trying to loose weight and that works for me.
The only things I sometimes miss are things I can't eat because of food intolerances.
Lentil soup and falafel. I love them so much, I’d marry them if they could consent... but they tear up my stomachs like nobody’s biz, so I must stay away.
Ok I’ll admit...I haven’t eaten a Cinnabon in a loooong time or anything from the Cheesecake Factory. I have gift cards that remain unused. The caloric payload is out of this world and I have yet to crave these things enough to overcome the massive amount of calories. For 1200 calories or more Id want more than a damn cinnamon bun or cheesecake.
