Potato-chips and corn-chips, none of the vulgar frankenflavoring/frankenseasoning added.....just plain corn or potatoes, oil, salt, YUM.

But if I am eating that level of carbs, I try to limit the fatty-greasiness.

peanut butter. So now I'm doing a low-carb diet so I can eat my extra crunchy!

You still need to watch your calories so don't go crazy. And you can eat peanut better without going low carb and still lose weight.

I don't really restrict things that I enjoy, but it's funny because when Aunt Flo and her surly, bloated ass is in town, I look at my little container of walnuts (sneer, actually) and say "I don't want you, I want some ****ing potato chips!" Whereas, any other day, I'd be all "Meh, too greasy" and pass on them. So, yeah, I eat the chips on that occasion.

Are you missing the coffee or the snack? Because you can still have the coffee (unless you loaded it up with sugar...)

I miss teriyaki chicken and rice take out from my fav local take out joint

I actually had it about 10 days ago as the urge was beyond all control as I had not had it in maybe 4+ months

OMG it tasted incredible ! What I normally consumed in a single meal I made 2 meals from as now I eat far less volume of food. I just made a nice salad to go with back to back nights

I can still taste it right now mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Sometimes is OK to cheat alittle

The last diet I was on was low carb. I lasted a year, but the downfall was bread.

I crave everything and anything I've tried to eliminate from my diet.

I still don't eliminate things. I will admit that I can't bring myself to eat a cinnabon and stuff like that anymore, but once I week I do eat just about anything, including a big ol' dessert.

Nothing is off limits so I do not crave anything. I don't like junk food or pastries/donuts/sweet baked goods so I stay away from those.
