Because even at the high end it wasn’t more than 25g for the day . And I would get right back into within a day or two . Not a big deal

Exactly.

Getting your body into this "fat burner" mode requires total dedication. As a previous poster stated, you have to be very creative with a narrow list of things as boredom can easily set in. If you find that your carb intake is "creeping up" then maybe keto isn't the answer and maybe low to moderate carb is.

Yeah but low to moderate carb wouldn’t lose the 10-15 pounds I want to lose but keeping my muscle I worked for

Update again . I tested positive for keto again today so I must of never bumped myself out of it .

I am still only in the small amount but I still am in it .

So basically I am in ketosis now ? My body is burning fat as fuel

I can't seem to get the strips to change colors and I'm religious about carbs.

Never eaten so much cauliflower in my life.
