Fasted since Tuesday PM, free day to day.
I'm making the beans, with extra bacon of course. My "breakfast" is tasting the beans while they're cooking.
LOL.
We're at our condo at the beach today and for the weekend and will be heading out shortly. We'll be walking a few blocks down the beach path to the city's 4th of July celebration, consisting of various events, live music, food trucks, and culminating in fireworks at 9pm.
I'm taking my duties as Official Bean Taster very seriously. I verify that they are very, very good every time I stir them.
My wife got some McDonalds fries today. Since it's a free day, I had ten!
16 hour fast yesterday - and the youngest nephew and I made it to the top of the mountain! And back down again! A fun day, but a bit longer than I expected. That was the slowest 0.5 mile hike ever! (up and then down again, 1.0 mile total)
I took him out for ice cream afterward, he went with a classic drumstick from the general store we found open.
A very good day! Company is back in town for the weekend, not sure how my fasts (or my diet) will pan out....
Probably won't eat anything until tomorrow night. I have car shows tonight and much of the day tomorrow if it doesn't rain.
It's easy to fast. I do the same thing I do at work and don't bring any food to car shows. Can't eat if there's no food.
15 ish hour fast yesterday. Went out to breakfast, rested all afternoon, and then hosted a mall get together at our house last night. I was able to shut down the eating at my usual 7 pm, so today's fast will simply depend on when we all get moving and decide to eat.
GOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL !!!!
169.7 lbs this morning.
Done losing. Changing over to maintenance.
