I don’t notice much difference, I just like the taste. I barely even eat breakfast, so when I find something I like, I run with it!

Same here. If I could still drink it, it would be regular whole milk.

Totally agree, we humans are the only ones imbibing milks. Once weaned from the mothers the animals don't drink milks.

And soy messes the thyroid.

Which other mammals in nature as adults eat cheese or drink cream in their coffee?

2%, just a taste thing. I don't really like whole milk. Mostly I use it for cooking.

1% - whole milk makes me gag and upsets my stomach.

I mentioned the cream and cheese because I do like some dairy, just not milk. I also like sour cream and yogurt. I guess I have to spell it out for some people?

2% is just milk and water, what's the point? Anything of value in milk is gone when you drown it out. If 2% is about low fat, then why drink it? For the vitamins? They are all synthetic anyway and have to be added back in since they are destroyed when they pasteurize it.

I drink Fairlife whole milk. Lactose free and half the sugar of regular milk. It's delicious. It's not cheap, but I don't drink it that often.

We use half and half for our coffee. A pint lasts about 2 weeks. No other milk.

I drink 2%. Milk is delicious and it's a good calcium source, I don't care if I am an adult. Whole milk is good but it's not necessary for me to consume more fat. 2% is good enough.

Almond milk is basically just almond water and therefore has to have a good amount of sweetener to make it palatable.

When my children were growing up we bought 1% or 2% - now that they are all grown and out of the house - I buy whole milk only for cooking - Campbells Tomato soup has to have whole milk for me - and packaged food that needs milk I use whole milk for it too. Since I don't use milk a lot - I only buy 1/2 gal or even just a small bottle of it.
