Used to drink skim a lot...lowfat now mostly...don't drink milk that often (except in dry cereal mostly),

Just got a BOX of 1% Milk (no hormones, etc.) from Dollar Tree. Weird that it is in a BOX

I buy Horizon brand organic milk, either the whole or the 2%, in half gallon cartons. Love that it has a long shelf life of about 6-8 weeks since we only use it about 2 times a week on cereal or in smoothies.

Hi,
I prefer to buy whole milk for me and full-fat milk for my children.
Thanks

I grew up on a dairy farm, so whole milk till I was a teen when I switched to skim(fat-free). Now I only use it in cooking or on cereal. My kids grew up on 2% and are incredibly healthy adults.

Whole.

Not a big milk drinker. Oatmeal and maybe a splash in a cup of coffee although usually black. I can't think the last time i just had a glass of milk.

I try to buy soy milk, although it's expensive. But if a person is lactose intolerant, there is no other choice. I like oatmeal on almond milk, it turns out very tasty.

Same here. I have also used coconut milk in which to cook the oatmeal, but almond goes better with oatmeal, IMO.
