Has anyone tried The Firm's new system with the cardio weights?

I used to use The Firm when the Transfirmer came out. But... it just killed my knees using the step. I'd be in so much pain the next day that I could barely move, thereby defeating the purpose of doing the workouts!

I like their approach to fitness and am wondering if their new system is lower impact. If it is, I may consider buying it, but would love to know your thoughts first.

TIA!

I never did that program but my tip is to try the workout without weights. When you acclimate then add the weights.

When working with aerobic steps, first do it without the step. After a few weeks, then start with the lowest level.

I just got rid of my aerobic steps that I used since 1994. I got a great putter that has improved my golf game.

I have used the new transfirmation kit from the firm and it does work! I love it! I just want something added to my routine.. I stopped it but I think I will start my diet/workout plan tomorrow! You can get it at some WalMarts and Academy if you are interested. Get heavier weights though because you will need them in no time!

are you talking about the Wave? I just watched a video of it, it looks cool. I found the tranfirmer to be a little too much bending for me and my knees, this Wave looks like it uses thigh muscles to stabilize your legs, as opposed to your knees?
