not really it depends on what you eat and your metabolism. I can eat junk food and candy all day I never can get as heavy as a "normal" man here in Houston is im still about 150 lbs. But some people can eat very little and end up being 400 lbs.

Agreed.

Starting with the elliptical is good advice. Then move on to fast pace walking and running. Do both until you are running more than you are walking. It's a process, but you can get there!
