could some of you please list your eating plans honestly. I am trying to re learn how to eat. I am trying to relearn how to add carbs back and some of the enjoyable ones , with staying on a 1200 calorie diet. Thanks so much.

I am curious if any of you eat oatmeal, popcorn, and foods with carbs that are just not veggies? I am trying to get me a new plan. I just cant take meat and eggs anymore!!! Its all starting to backfire. Thanks so much

Why on earth would anyone try to live off a 1200 calorie diet?

What do you do all day, sit in a chair? You don't move at all?

You need to eat more and move around more (exercise).

Ok Oleo you really need to back off???? This person just asking for help because he or she is burned out on eating the same food over and over. I have been there and done that.
I understand your frusteration and they reason why is because you haven't achieved your weight goal yet. You can have popcorn once a month. Here is tip for you have 5 min oatmeal twice week ( 1cup only)and see what happens on the scale but since your still trying to lose weight don't eat to much carbs. When I finally got to the weight I wanted I still exercise but eased back the carbs once a week and see what happens. I was able to have one bowl of whole wheat cereal, salad for lunch and veggies and meat for dinner and didn't gain or lose weight. Another example you know your going to have popcorn that night I would eat right for breakfast and lunch and dinner and exercise that day and the next day. I usually don't gain any weight but remember everyone is different. I would not eat 5 cups of popcorn. I would eat 1 or 1-1/2 cup. You really need to see what your body can do by using the scale. You can also talk to a nutritionist as well. Hang in there!!!!

What exactly are you asking for?

You have 3 threads basically mumbling about the same thing. (I'm assuming English isn't your first language.)

Everyone does it diffrently, but this is what is working for my husband and I. We both have lost 10 pounds since Jan. 1.
We are watching the fat grams. We are eating alot of chicken breasts, beef jerky, cornish hens, ham, smart snacking popcorn, lots of veggies, and the canned soups are low in fat as well.
Just look at the label at the fat grams, and exercise. Good luck!
Oh...and we only drink water.

I thought of a few other foods that I wanted to share that we include in our diet.
Egg whites, tuna, turkey breast/ and the lunch meat.
Cheerios is low in fat. Raisins, rice, and beans too.

Welcome. Just watch your fat grams in everything you pick up to eat.
We have been faithfully getting on the treadmill 30 min. everyday.
You can do it!
