Worried! White bump/warts/growth on my dog's gum! (clean, vet, skin)

Vets, Pet lovers,

My dog is about 10 years old. Today, when I brushed her teeth, I found there are white "bump/warts/growth" at the very back of her mouth, pretty much on her gum. It is about 2 pennies size! I am worried very much because I looked online, some says that be possible anemia, but some says that could be fibropapillomas, skin polyps, fibrin tags or achrochordons.

Will it be cancerous?

Get to a vet ASAP, because it could be a lot of things.

However, my dog had a growth in his mouth and I was terrified it might be cancer, but it turned out to be an epulis. It was no big deal and we just had it removed when he had his teeth cleaned.

Hope you get good news from the vet that it's nothing too!
