I am out of my mind. We haven't even gotten Karma thoroughly trained yet, but I can't stand not having two dogs anymore. So since my husband is having a huge birthday next weekend, and I know he wants a new little guy, I found this little DOLLBABY. Signed the papers and paid the fee this morning, and I will pick him up later this week.

Losing two dogs in two months nearly killed us with grief. Jimmy and Hallie were the world to us, and I seem to miss them more as time goes by. So after scouring Petfinder for the past three months, I found this Aussie-GSD pup (8 wks) newly listed a couple days ago, and I called. The foster mom didn't get back to me in 24 hours, so I called the rescue group and asked them to have the foster mom call me ASAP. And she did!

I was amazed that he was still available, even though he was a new listing. He's just TOO cute. As it turns out, the foster mom had gotten a dozen calls about this boy, and since I was pretty insistent that we wanted him, she told everyone else he was spoken for. She also said he is the best puppy they have ever fostered, with a mellow easygoing temperament, and he is very good about not pottying in his crate or even in the house. And wow, what a butterball.

No name yet, but they are calling him Teddy, because he's like a little Teddy bear. Those four white feet -- maybe we should call him Nike or Sneakers. I'll let my husband decide. My husband looks at the feet first. He loves doggie feet, and he's going to go nuts for these!

How funny! Sammy was a very sweet yet sensitive dog. It was darn near impossible to take her picture---she'd leave as soon as you took the camera out (in the photo you can start to see her trying to get away from the lens!).

Not sure exactly how old she was but we figured she was at least 14 or 15 when she died. Hope your little guys lives as long!
