I love my boxer! He's the greatest dog with the children, is so loving, is so much fun, and is just a wonderful part of our family. I also love doberman pinschers; I think they are strikingly beautiful, especially the red ones. I'd never own one, though, as I'm too lax with training. But, I sure love others'!
I have 2 long coat chihuahuas, so that's my favorite! Require very little grooming and oh so beautiful!
They are really beautiful, aren't they?
Growing up we had an angel of a GSD, and a completely nutty chihuahua. People who came in the yard hesitated because of Blackie, but they were unaware that the real danger, Frenzy (the Chi), was hiding 'round the corner, waiting to pounce on them! What a team they were. Poor people...Blackie would've slept through WWII.
And of course, JRTs because they're just hilarious and wild.
There are so many lost dogs in shelters, I'd have to go with Racelady88 - I prefer a Kinardly !!!!
I have pictures of the Bernese Mountain Dog taped on the wall above my desk for about the last three years. I am waiting until we move to a cooler climate to get one. I did the dog match test and it was one of the ones that came up as a good match. If anyone owns one and would like to dm me and tell me your experience, I would so appreciate it.
Really sweet, terrific dogs! Drool a lot and shed like crazy, so get ready! They are really huge, lovable bears. Great choice!

True, but as a child I saw the Disney cartoon in which she was depicted as a Saint Bernard. But I love Newfies, too. And I think an OES would be great as Nana, too.
