NO! Only way you can find out if she poorly bred is get a pedigree & learn how to read it. I see Well bred dogs retain the baby teeth a bit after the adult teeth come in. Lady finally lost hers after her 1st bday! She has a beautiful bite!

My dog had double incisors for a while but the baby one eventually fell out.

A pedigree will only tell you what her breeding is. It won't tell you if it's good or bad. If it's a bunch of puppy mill/backyard breeding that's not a good sign but it won't tell you if bite/teeth issues run in those lines. Generally, if there are several champions in her pedigree that would argue against a lot of bite issues because the judge will check bites in the conformation ring and depending on the issue and the breed, dentition faults may disqualify the dog.

If she has two full set of teeth (or more than just a couple extra teeth), I'm guessing you may need to get one set pulled. If you're planning on showing her it may be an issue because it may have caused the bite to go off. I had to have an extra baby tooth pulled on one of my dogs because it was starting to affect his bite and I wanted to show him.

I'd take her to the vet to make sure there aren't any infected teeth and the extra teeth aren't causing any other issues or causing her pain.
