Wow! I just watched that BWW video! I cannot believe how far they are inside! For some reason I did not imagine it them to be that far or nearly finished at all! But I guess they are planning to open next month and will need to start training people soon! I am very excited for BWW! Now what about Culvers.... I see they got a window cut out!

I e-mailed Culver's last week and they said June. I don't know what is taking them so long! Also I keep e-mailing Mission Development about Greendale and I never get any responses.

JUNE?! Wow. They were suppose to open in March! That is ridiculous! I do not understand how it can take so long for a building like Culvers to be built. They have been working on it since October! Wow!

I emailed them and they said that they are still working on Greendale and wont stop until it actually occurs. They are working with tenants right now but do not have any signed on yet.

Seriously, I don't get what takes so long to build. Put people to work! I know a handful of people who are in the construction trade that can't find anything to do. I know with corporations and unions it's different, but still!!!!

Buffalo Wild Wings has one of their signs up on the side of their building! Now they are working on the patio! Its really coming along! Very excited for it to open! I feel like they have done a great job with the building, it looks wonderful from the road.

Does anyone know what the food & beverage tenant might be for part of 34,000 square foot old Boardwalk Books building downtown? I feel like this could be a big one! That space has a ton of potential and it sounds like its the next building to get a remodel done to it! Wow is this area of Duluth going to be great!

I couldn't see exactly, because part of the sign was folded over at the old Gander Mountain site, but I believe it said "Jo-ann Coming Soon". Anyone else see this?

Boardwalk Books building? You're not talking about the old Charter building across from the Sheraton that just got a new facade are you?

It's the painted building a block west, better known as Carlson Used Books.

Oh! The one that was forced to close due fire code infractions? There's an active development attempt going on there?
