I don't envy the incorrect view that people here have of what a millionaire is. I just see it as a goal.

all i know is i can't live on the income a million dollars generates here in ny . with 16k a year going for health insurance and a long term care policy it ain't much .

only if a leased crv counts as exotic ha ha ha ...


think about it , that 40k is pretax too . our rent and healthcare/ LTC are in the mid 30k range all by themselves .

we still have some left ,yes . most of it is now gone , i don't want to be a landlord in retirement .
