I got a forwarded message in watsapp which opines the Fed is going to give a 1T check to settle the debt with China after their stocks are delisted in the exchanges. I dont know how authentic it is but it could screw China completely. Its like China getting a severance package and screw their future. Will that work??
Infact, China owes me potentially 100K in financial damage due to Covid-19, who the hell is going to be accountable for that?
Well... it was just established that if the US had responded one week sooner, the deaths would have been cut in half. Two weeks earlier, to one-quarter. With all other aspects such as cautious reopening based on testing and contract tracking far ahead of the curve instead of barely catching up.
China didn't do that. Whoever completely dismantled the US's pandemic response capabilities from political jealousy and then refused to listen to any but ideological advisers on the matter might have contributed. Keep that in mind as you count your losses.
