Hmmm...let's pour millions into at risk kids to work in "green jobs." WTF does that mean?

Make no mistake, this is pure welfare.

A better use of money would have been to hire math & science & personal finance teachers for these kids, where the bang for the buck is enormous.

At risk kids? You mean these are the stupid kids who did not take education seriously and are now on the street causing problems? It does sound like welfare.
