Nope, and neither will my kids, I'm in Texas so kids can say it, but you can't force a child to do it, i think it goes against their freedom of expression.
Yes. Public school in Texas and they say it every day along with the Texas Pledge at least in K-4. I am not sure if they do in middle school (5/6 here) or Jr High or High School. Legally, they are supposed to say it, but parents can request that their kids be exempt.
It's required by law in all public schools in Texas, unless excused by the parent.

I am fine with my kids reciting the pledge at certain events where appropriate and pertinent, but a daily chanting crosses the line toward jingoism, in my opinion.
They did in elementary school, but not in middle or high school.
