Easy. Click on the multiquote "/+ symbol to the right of the "quote" icon. It should turn red when clicked. Do this for each post you're quoting.
For the last quote, click the the "quote" icon and you're done.

Monsoon season? Just how bad/much rain are we talking about?

Hook, I have to figure out how in the world to work this cooler thing. Is it even a necessity to have it here in El Paso? I am used to very hot and very humid weather, but of course have no idea what to expect here, other than it is the desert. I do know, I have no clue how to work this cooler.

The bad thing with the heat here is that sometimes it's like a blow dryer. Just hot stale breezes that don't cool. But it's not humid. The kids and I did fine last summer w/o using the A/C alot. A ceiling fan did nice sometimes. However, I would have to use the A/C at night just to get comfortable on occasion.

I love our monsoon season. But I don't live in a place that floods.

I think you are fine in Horizon. The flooding was bad in the new division of far NE, the area around Mesa (it was like a river), and I believe some west side new developments. I was dating a guy that worked for KFox around the time of the really bad flooding when the Rio actually overflowed. I got to go out and see some of the flooding with him.

Thanks alucard (just realized that is dracula backwards! tee hee) I hope im good in Horizon. I heard that the new developments didnt' plan for drainage properly and that it can be a problem sometimes. But when we bought our house they said we weren't in a flood zone, so i hope thats true!

Gawd I hope we don't live in a flood zone! I love how it cools down at night here... so does it not cool down like this in the summer months? Right now, it gets downright cold to me at night.
