Those of you who have previously called for Mike Price's head, where do you stand now?

i definately stand corrected.
But i also called this game.
Something always happens to Houston when they come to play at the Sun Bowl. I didnt expect it to be that bad of a beating though.
Defense still has to improve though.
Good job Mike.

One game doesn't make up for the last 3 + seasons of ineptitude. What if the Miners lose their next 7 games? This win won't mean anything. UTEP has to do something with this win, ie make a bowl game and win it.

Yes, Hope they build on this win and win the rest of the games on the schedule that way this will not be the highlight of the season rather then the begining of a turnaround. I will admit that I am one of the Mike Price doubters still. I will reserve final judgement at the end of the season.

Okay UTEP just beat ranked UH whom beat Texas Tech and Oklahoma State. I have to give it to UTEP for this one. Not to mention UH is in Conference USA with UTEP. Therefore, great way to open conference play. However, if the Miners are good enough to beat UH they better win their conference this year and go on to a bowl game. Otherwise, Mike Price will still need to go. If UTEP has the talent to beat UH, they can win the Conference-USA championship and make it to a bowl game. If they can do this then Mike Price deserves to stay.

You guys have it good (Congrats by the way). Here in ABQ we pushed out a guy who had been to more bowls than any previous coach, and replaced him with a sexist thug. He's only been here 6mos, he has a sexual harrassment lawsuit, another complaint by a long time employee, and now he is up for aggravated assault after punching the wide receivers coach. All of this plus an 0-5 start with our first loss to NMSU since 2002! If you don't want Price we'll take him!
