These aren't charges. (Well, I guess the one today is.) But in the previous situations, settlements were made. These aren't just a fantasy thing.
These women didn't get "piddly" settlements". Two of them, independent of each other, got a year's salary. That is not "piddly".
Settlements are made all the time because it is cheaper and easier. I guess you didn't read my comment about what happened in my own family about 15 or so years ago. We settled out of court because the insurance company decided it would be cheaper than fighting it. And yes, the charges were bogus...

I really don't care if Cain cheated on his wife. I do have a problem with sexual assault however. Nevertheless, there are a dozen of other reasons why Cain is bad news. He can keep his pizzas.
So those who are still rooting for Cain don't think that he could have done ANYTHING wrong? There have been SIX women so far - 4 from NRA, and 2 outside. Cain could rape someone live on national TV and you guys would say "camera trick".
