You Texans hate smart, educated people. In your view, anyone with greater than HS education is dumb.
Texans are "smart" enough to recognize someone who posts directly from Wikipedia without giving proper credit to the site.

If your knowledge of Bill White is limited to Wikipedia, then maybe you should shut your piehole. There are some who lived in Houston during his tenure as mayor, watched him steer money to his political allies, and make Houston a sanctuary city for illegals.

He may have made Houston a sanctuary for illegals but Perry made the whole state a sanctuary.
