Hot on the heels of his debate "senior moment," Goodhair decides to one-up himself by making two major stupid flubs in the same sentence. According to Rick you have to be 21 to vote, and election day is Monday, November 12th, 2012.
He really is Dubya without the brains, isn't he? What an idiot.
the comment on "21" was really stupid, I wonder where he got that from seeing the law was changed decades ago, but the 11/12, everyone with a brain knows what he meant: he was referring to 11 or 2012 for heavens sake. Get real, when people start looking for statements taken out of context they are either basically plain mean or really worrried about their own candidates.
I was still talking about her comment about him. She posted before the forum, that was my response. As for gay thrown in jail, I think that might have been taken out of context to a degeee.

Rick Perry called this law "appropriate" He then flipped an ish on the Supreme Court calling them "nine oligarchs in robes" when they overturned the law during the Lawrence V Texas case in which two adult gay men were arrested and thrown in jail for having consensual sex in the privacy of their own home.

This is the insane type laws Rick Perry supports and threw a fit over when the Supreme Court ruled it Unconstitutional.
If I was from Texas, I would be infuriated with Perry. He along with W. Bush have made Texas politically irrelevant to the rest of the country for a long time.
We all know President Obama is a Religous person, we're just not sure what religion...
What a nasty mean-spirited thing to say. Everyone knows which denomination the President is affiliated with ... but you seem to want to inject hatred and bigotry into the thread.

The above statement, which is so easily disprovable, is EXACTLY what I am talking about in my posts.......you can't just attack Obama's political positions, you have to intimate something nefarious about him personally. His religion is his buisness. The constitution specifically forbids a religious litmus test for political office. The issue of the presidents religion should not even come up. But if it does, we should take his word for it (just like we would with anyone else) OR, if his word is not good enough because you hate him so much, you could easily research the issue and find out on your own, that he is a christian (not that it should matter). I can't stand Romney, but there is something deeply un-American about what he is going thru with the scrutiny on his Mormon faith.
But when you choose to ignore the statements and the facts about the presidents religion, and continue to intimate that maybe he's lying or hiding something....then YOU are part of the problem.
Exactly. Thank you, Jay.
