Truth is... Big government requires big bills. It says volumes about his devotion to Article 1 section 8.
Try a little more deceit, in the name to build a bigger badder government.

Truth is treason, in a world of deceit.

So why is he neither doing his job in Congress, or dropping out of the presidential race that he literally cannot win?

Come on Ron - where is your integrity?!?!?!

It’s Time For Ron Paul To Stop Wasting The Nation’s Money And Remember That He’s Still A Congressman | Addicting Info

Oh what are you worried about its not like people in washington are going to be voting on constiitutional government bills, or actually solve the debit. Paul shows up tells everyone on the house floor about how terrible and more spending and constitutional arugement and they vote for more printing press :-) So why show up.

How about we just throw the entire constitution out all together?
50 states ignore it anyway when they vote in congress.
Presidents do what they want, judges make laws and you tell me as a union everything is just fine.
Government is the unifed force, it ignores individual rights set in the constitution for the status of statism and union control of all the states even thou the constitution allows states rights over ANYTHING NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION!
We can turn over our lives, money and just let the government tell us what to do from washington and just get rid of the states. WHY HAVE STATES, why even have state laws make them all federal laws, from driving to what kind of clothes you can wear.
This idea that representive government is working to protect individuals is nothing but non-sense washington protects their buddies and their powers that keep them in office to waste money and control people THEY DONT LIKE!

Really?

How is Texas different than Massachusetts?

Yet you want them to be the same bloated government powerhouse?

Truth is treason, in a world of deceit.

The mistake you and the other RP supporters make is that you do not believe that the Federal Government is not representative government. The fact is the people in Washington were sent there by We the People. No we do not need to abolish the States, but allowing each state to make their own laws even though those laws would also affect the rest of the Nation or bordering states is not wise. You say judges are making laws but that is also not true, they rule on laws passed by politicians and unfortunately sometimes they do not rule in the way may want, that is why we have state and federal supreme courts. No one is telling you what you can wear and driving is a privilege not a right, just so ya know. FYI, in your system whatever you fear from the federal government can also be done to you at the State level; yes you and others claim you could vote them out and yet say we cannot do the same at the federal level, which shows naive thinking at its best. Government is supposed to rule in the favor of the many over the few and in most cases that is true, unfortunately no government can please all the people all the time, so guess what, the system you suggest we revert to is really no better than the one we have. Does our system need reform, yes, does it need to be torn apart and rebuilt so that we become a bunch of loosely associated states. Until the Paul followers and those that follow in his footsteps learn to understand that the vast majority of Americans will never allow you to tear the system apart and install the version of America you want you will never be taken seriously in the political arena. Tone it down, suggest reforms to improve the system we have and maybe you will find more people interested in your message. Don't, and you will remain where you are, non-players in the running of the Nation. Just curious, where are all the Bills for doing all the things Paul suggests we should do, I seem to have a problem finding where he submitted Bills promoting the reforms he wants installed, over 30 years they should be easy to find?

Some rules are set by the State of Texas and some are set by the Federal government. I like that system, it keeps idiots like Perry or Bush from turn us into a third world nation state and it helps keep our land, water and air from becoming a dumping ground.

Treason can also be result of stupidity

Actually, this has been addressed many times in other threads. I do not evaluate a reps performance by the volume of bills he passes. If others wish to do so fine, but not everyone evaluates a rep in this manner.

To state it as "truth" to me is inaccurate.

Also to address your other post (hard to read). Based on the approval of congress and many other "yard" sticks plenty of people do not feel that the Federal govt is representing them properly.

I know!

Article 1, section 8, is pretty clear.

You wouldn't know a fact if your life depended on it. Only someone as uninformed and with a blinded agenda as yourself does not know the job Ron Paul was hired for, yet you still comment. That job is to represent his constituents and not run the lives of people from cradle to grave like you have government do for you because you can't do it yourself.
