Unfortunately for Romney, middle income voters are rapidly disappearing in the US, thanks to Wall Street and companies like Bain Capital
Karma is biting him in the rear
both middle class and upper class are strongly behind Romney right now, that could change as we all know. In your view, middle class is fading, whether true or not, most Americans classify themselves as middle class. I don't think your view on the failure of the middle class will affect the election this year. Down the road, only time will tell.
Obama has thrown away the middle class, even union workers. He did not march in WI like he said he would or even campaign for Walkers opponent. He stopped the Keystone pipeline against unions pleading. He did nothing about NAFTA that unions hate. He is taking away middle class peoples healthcare. No you won't be able to keep your plan if you like it.
He is counting on getting votes from limousine liberals, tree huggers, and those that don't pay tax and receive government subsistence.
As for the middle class and the unions, I really do not blame Obama for not being part of the movement: he knew Walker would probably prevail and joining with the unions would have hurt him more than help him. Right now and for the next 5 months, both candidates are consentrating on what they do to help themselves. I do not like Obama, as most realize, but I think he did the right thing. You notice, Romney wasn't in WI supporting Walker either.
