I imagine this forum's threads would have looked quite different this morning had the Wisconsin results taken a different turn.

Looks like our resident fleet of professional left-wing shills don't have today's marching orders yet.
There is no doubt this was a huge smashing victory for the right. We on the left have been resoundingly defeated in a state where we should have done better. There are few silver linings but some. At least, from the exit polls, Obama should be able to hold the state. Not that Obama is "left" at all, in fact he is quite conservative in my view but he should win that state. Other than that, labor in this country is in trouble. This is a bigger ass stomping to labor in this country than even the PATCO strike was during the 80s. There is nothing that is going to save labor in this country from the decline it has experienced. In fact it is going to get worse.

Foolish is as foolish does. The people of Wisconsin are the real losers. I hope the RWNJ’s have to spend even more to establish their big business utopia.

The Unions only have themselves to blame though.

And no help from Obama. They should be quite angry with the Wuss they elected to the White House.

Even Bill Clinton doesn't want Obama back in 2012. Have you heard some of the things he's been saying lately?
Obama doesn't care about unions. They are useful to him only at election time. As for Bill Clinton, he wants his wife to win in 2016. There are 2 senarios to bet on and the one Bill is betting on is that very soon the Euro zone is going to fail and fall. Economic troubles are spreading like wildfire there and Bill knows it. Bill figures that, if Euro fails then the USA will enter a double dip recession as bad or worse than the one we just had and that voters will certainly blame the party in power. If that is Obama, the Democrats will be doomed in 2016 and Hillary would lose big time. But if it is Romney, the Repubs would be doomed and Hillary would be the odds on favorite to win. Bill is a cold calculating man. He knows the score.

All depends on the latest definition of Democaracy as defined by the socialists who hijacked the Dem party.

One might make a case for a 'death' occurring Nov 2008 and a ressurection in Nov 2012.

If they really want a job, it better be a trade school, not a college.

I guess this is more of an indication as to how well paid the people of Wisconsin are.
