Those charts are 100% the truth weather you like them or not it shows the rich are getting richer and everyone else earnings are staying pretty much the same. Republicans only care about the 1% they say they care about everyone if Romney gets elected he will really show how much he hates none super rich people and he will kill the middle class

That tends to happen in a massive recession and the inevitable, slow recovery.

Sometimes I wonder if people are even aware that there is historical precedence for this stuff or if they just think knowing someone is a Republican or Democrat is all they need to know.

"Is he really that out of touch?" GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney asked as Obama's initial comments ricocheted through the presidential campaign.

What is going on with the Democrats and the Obama campaign. They are constantly having to walk back some comment it seems. If it's not Bill Clinton, now it's Obama himself. How many walk backs does a campaign get. This doesn't look anything like the same campaign from 2008. Is it intentional or just that messed up?

so where are the 4.2 million jobs? i wonder if he is counting all the ones that went overseas.

Private Sector Payroll, Jan 2010: 106.8 million
Private Sector Payroll, May 2012: 111.04 million

Private Sector Growth: +4.24 million jobs

Public Sector Payroll, Jan 2010: 22.48 million
Public Sector Payroll, May 2012: 21.97 million

Public Sector Growth: -0.51 million jobs

Private sector has added jobs for 29 months. It is doing fine.
Public sector has put over a half million people to look for unemployment benefits instead over the same period. That is not something you want to see if you prefer people earning money through work than with unemployment benefits. Don't tell me we're better off with effectively 3.7 million people having a job than 4.7 million.

And let us not overlook another fact: Private sector employment grew by 2.26 million jobs in 2011. That is the second best year (just behind 2005) since 1999.
