PS: Romney ran for President before and did release his tax returns then...so again, it's all manufactured Bull$hit.
Really? Do you have a link proving that?
All that I am aware of is that he released something like 23 years worth to the McCain campaign in his desperate bid to be considered for the V.P. job - only to be passed over for a train wreck like Palin.
And, again, both of the Mittens have already admitted there are things in those returns they can be "attacked" for. And if those things are no big deal, then why continue to hide them?
Yet Romney is abiding by the requirements of the law by furnishing one year just as Obama is under no obligation to furnish copies of his college applications and records. So, if we are to assume that there are big skeletons in Romney's closet for what he fails to disclose, logically, the same must apply to Obama.
Watching this poltical theater is akin to watching two kindergarteners sticking out their tongues at each other on the playground and screaming neener, neener, neener.
Really, don't we want better from our leaders?
Clue:Ron Paul, the only adult left in the campaign.
I agree they should be discussing more important issues, but I would not compare a tax return to a college transcript. I think Romney's tax return becomes important because of the general distrust of the financial services since 2008 and the ultra wealthy. I don't think it is an unfair to ask for a few years since he has overseas accounts.
It's shocking that you all want to shoot the "messenger" (Reid) while giving your boy (Mittens) a pass.
The way I see it, not only is Mittens a draft dodger (albeit legally, hiding behind Mormon missionary work in France to avoid going to Viet Nam) but he is also a (potential) tax evader (also probably done "legally" but no doubt by questionable and quite possibly borderline means - how many of us can get a $77,000 tax deduction for a horse?).
The man is a liar and a fraud and an animal abuser. For me, the fact that he is an animal abuser was enough to tell me what kind of a man he is; the other stuff is just icing on the cake.
Oh come on, Cinebar... The fact that he's a Mormon is enough reason for you to hate him. You wouldn't care about any of the rest if he were some other religion. Admit it.
