Lots of reasons but for some reason women have been snowed by the Obama campaign. When will they see that they are basically tools to be used to keep him in office? So many things show how the Dems feel about women, like the failure to enforce DOMA by Obama and Holder who both took oaths of office to uphold the laws of the nation. They didn't bother getting that one voted out by Congress, they just swore not to enforce it.
How about the support of same sex marriage? What does that do for women? This list goes on and on and for some reason women just can't see it because they have been told that their rights to control their bodily functions are the most important thing to and for them.

Wow, your ignorance in your posts are mindboggling, clearly in your world no woman is a lesbian that would wish to marry her partner. Also, what does DOMA have to do with women? The Republicans have gone after women's rights for a while now, trust me when I say it is gonna be hard for the Republicans to increase the women's votes until they stop attacking women's rights.

I think that many who followed you without reading the link missed out on something that would have been entertaining to, even lefties. I really am sorry I didn't get back soon enough to save the thread.
Why would I, as a woman, vote for the GOP? They want to control my reproduction, they have no idea how a woman's body works AND the women I know are for the repeal of DOMA and that same sex marriage is made completely legal.
Sorry, but there is no way I'd vote GOP at this point. Independent, yes, even the Dems don't make me very happy but at this point they're the lesser of two evils.

Dude, the thread was a fail from your first post. Just admit it and say you're sorry for using such an idiot site/blog to back your argument. People read the link and explained why every point made on that idiot site was ludicrous, from the Ann Romney false controversy to the ridiculous idea that Clinton's and Ted Kennedy's past with women. Sure, I won't vote for Obama b/c a drunken Ted Kennedy killed a woman, yes, that incident is SO RELEVANT in today's political arena!
The party of "legitimate rape", women-who-use-BC-are-sluts, and women-don't-deserve-equal-pay is going to need to prove that they actually give a damn about women as more than just obedient, God fearing, brood mares and need a better way of doing so than just coming up with lies of why Obama is anti-women.

I must apologize for saying what I said because it allowed the first poster to steal the thread and make it a discussion of sex and the link I proposed didn't have anything to do with sex other than telling reasons why women need to see that they are tools of the Dem Party. Read the link if you get a chance and see if it is really as bad as you make out from reading all the crap that preceded your post.

The right to control my body IS one of the most important things to me.
At 80 years old, you have already expressed in other threads your own fears at losing that same autonomy at the hands of Adult Protective Services, doctors withholding medical care, or insurance companies not paying for services (confused by you as 'death panels').
You seem to be projecting, and clamoring onto idealogies that mirror your fears and your projections.
I would no more vote for a party that wants control and oversight of my body or that of my daughter's than you would want that control and oversight over your own body at the hands of a government panel, physician, or APS agent.
