In 1972, Harry Reid, age 32, ran a marathon in 3:36! He beat 20 yr old fitness freak Paul Ryan's (actual, not made-up) time by 37 mins!!! As far as I can tell, Reid never LIED ABOUT HIS TIME, either!

Harry Reid's 1972 marathon time beat Paul Ryan's - latimes.com

I don't know why, but this story really cracks me up!

Funny thing is, most people would have been impressed in either case. Why did he have to lie? Super dumb move.

what cracks me up,
is you worrying about this instead of how you're going to move out of your mom's basement before your 30th birthday...

The story cracks me up, too, and I haven't living in a basement since---well, never. I guess you have to have a sense of humor to appreciate the contrast of skinny mini Reid doing better time than self-described fitness freak Ryan.

And Reid is still a dirt bag. Refused to move forward on vote to audit the Fed. I can't wait till he is no longer in office
